For a family we created a contemporary townhouse with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office space, living area with fireplace, open kitchen and dining area, washing room, pilates studio and garden. 

The wishes of our clients was to create a practical family house combining the original details of the house with Italian contemporary design, clean and simple lines.

On the ground floor a modern extension was added with ceiling lights and large sliding steel glass doors for extra light. 

The custommade kitchen is practical, aesthetic minimalistic and handle free.

We combined countertops of thin hot rolled steel with dark composite, the fronts are made of dark bronze Fenix.

The smoked glass and bronze cabinets light up the kitchen and beautifully display the glassware. High floating bronze shelves with lighting enhance the clean and simple lines of the design.

The livingroom is situated in the front of the house with a large sofa and a high custommade display cabinet.

The floating shelves showcase art, books, accessories and has an integrated TV.

The ensuite cabinets in the livingroom were restored in their original state.

The masterbathroom is designed in natural colours, soft walls of beton cire in a silk tone, natural stone niches, stainless steel Vola tapware and custom made bathroom furniture in a light bronze colour.

The bathtub is situated underneath the window where the natural light floats in and shutters maintain privacy. 

The bathroom for the children has playful details, a hexagon tiled back wall and custommade bathroom furniture with open and closed niches.

In the original plan of the house a rooftop window ensured natural lighting in the staircase. We added walkable glass to enlarge the space and keep the natural light.

The masterbedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. 

The walk in closet is divided by bespoke Rimadesio sliding bronze doors, the interior of the closet was custommade for our client by de Pander.
